1) Payment options:

We accept Direct Deposit, Credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex) and PayPal.

2) When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Orders placed before 10 am will be posted out on the same business day. On the odd occasion, this may vary due to circumstances out of our control, we will notify you if there any delay of the shipment. There is no minimum order. Normal freight charges apply.

3) Refrigerated Items

Stock which requires refrigerated storage may be noted our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for instructions upon receipt of goods.

4) How much does the delivery cost?

We offer a fixed cost delivery Australia-wide of $8.95 for orders weigh less than 3 kg. Any orders weigh more than 3 kg will be charged by Australia Post or other courier companies rates.

5) Will I receive a Tax Invoice with my order?

No. To make life easier for our customers, we have set up an online invoicing system. Simply login in to view you past and present invoices.
Also, a copy of your Tax Invoice will be emailed it to you once you placed an order.

6) What is the Returns Policy?

Claims for credits due to our errors in order processing and damaged items must be made within two days of delivery. The items claimed as damaged MUST be in their original packages and require some photos to be provided as part of the claim. Without the photos, the claim can not be processed.

Where the stock is ordered in error by customer, the freights for the return of this stock and order another stock is the customer’s responsibilities. All returns must be accompanied by a Returns Authority Number that can be obtained by emailing our Customer Service Team. Arrangements for the return of the stocks are made with our Customer Service team at the time of the claim notification and within two days from delivery order.

Returns will NOT be accepted on any of the following occasions:
1. With any markings or any sign of being used.
2. If the stock does not consume prior to the best before or expiry date.
3. If the stock that is on special sale (i.e: Clearance Specials) or stock without a Returns Authority Number.

A refund will be issued once stock has been returned and the claimed is assessed and approved by us.

7) I have ordered the product. How do I know the order status?

Please log in and go to My Account to view the status of your orders.

8) What happens if the item is out-of-stock?

If the item of out-of-stock, the items will be placed on back order and will take longer to deliver. Please note that items low on stock may also become out-of-stock by the time your order is placed and your payment has cleared.
